You should understand that by ordering tickets from our website, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions
Entertainrr.com provide an online platform by which Events Organisers make their tickets available to you. We are not responsible for Events and therefore have no control over your experience of the Events and cannot issue refunds to you. Details of the Event organiser will be made available to you prior to and following your booking.

1.1 If you buy tickets on our site you agree to be legally bound by this contract.
1.2 This contract is only available in English. No other languages will apply to this contract.
1.3 When buying tickets you also agree to be legally bound by:
1.3.1 Our website terms and conditions and any documents referred to in them including our privacy policy and cookie policy;
The Event Provider’s terms and conditions (see below for more details) and any applicable Venue terms and conditions.
2.1 Below, we set out how a legally binding contract between you and us is made.
2.2 In placing and order you can select an Event and specifying the number and, if applicable, the type of ticket you require. The price per ticket will be displayed here.
2.3 Once you have selected the number and quantity of tickets, the total payment due for the tickets selected will be displayed, together with any applicable booking fees and delivery fees. You will also have the option to purchase booking refund protection for an additional fee.
2.4 Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. However, if you need to correct any errors you can do so before submitting it to us.
2.5 You can place an order by clicking the “Buy Now” button at the end of the online checkout process. We will only accept your order when we have processed your payment and we will email you to confirm this and send you an E-ticket (Confirmation Email). At this point a contract will be in place between you and us.
2.6 We may contact you to say that we do not accept your order. This is typically for the following reasons:
2.6.1 – the tickets are unavailable;
2.6.2 – we cannot authorise your payment;
2.6.3 – you are not allowed to buy the tickets from us;
2.6.4 – we are not allowed to sell the tickets to you;
2.6.5 – you have ordered too many tickets; or
2.6.6 – there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the tickets.
2.7 As we act as a platform by which Event Organisers make their tickets available to you, our involvement is to facilitate the ticket booking process and collection of payment on behalf of the Event Organisers. We have no control over the event, ticket prices, availability or the venue. Any tickets issued to you are therefore subject to the terms and conditions of the Event Organiser. Details of the Event Organiser and their terms and conditions will be available to you during the online booking process and/or in your confirmation email.
3.1 You represent and warrant that the tickets are purchased for personal use only and they are not purchased as part of any business for commercial activity and in particular the tickets may not be resold or reoffered for sale. Resale or attempted resale of the tickets may result in your tickets being cancelled without refund and you being unable to purchase any tickets from us in future.
3.2 It is your responsibility to check the ticket details and ensure that you are able to travel to the Venue.
3.3 It is your responsibility to arrange at the Event on time as admission for late comers cannot always be guaranteed and it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with any regulations of the Venue and/or the Event Organiser, in particular in relation to health and safety.
4.1.1 We issue E-tickets which will be emailed to you with your confirmation email. You will need to print these and present them at the venue.
4.2 Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and for some events, per household. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets purchased in excess of this number without prior notice
4.3 E-tickets will be at your risk from the time of your order confirmation.
4.4 Please ensure that you keep your ticket safe and ensure that any printed e-tickets are kept in good condition. Defaced or illegible tickets may become invalidated.
5.1 Before booking your tickets, you should make sure that you carefully review details of the Event and your ticket selection, including making sure that you can comply with any terms and conditions of the Event Organiser and the venue (information on which will be available to you during the booking process).
5.2 As we only act as a platform by which Event Organisers make their tickets available to you, we have no control or responsibility over the Event. We can therefore issue no refunds or exchanges.
5.3 If the event is cancelled:
5.3.1 – you should contact the Event Organiser directly;
5.3.2 – you are entitled to a refund of the face value of a ticket (but you may not get a refund for any extra fees such as booking fees);
5.4 If an event is re-scheduled or has a change of venue:
5.4.1 – you should contact the Event Organiser to check whether your ticket is still valid;
5.4.2 – if you do not wish to attend the re-scheduled or revised event, you are entitled to a refund of at least the face value of the tickets from the Event Organiser.
6.1 We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that all of the information you give us when paying for the tickets is secure by using an encrypted secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us.
6.2 All payments by credit card or debit card need to be authorised by the relevant card issuer. We may also need to use extra security steps via:

6.3 We use payment gateway as Stripe, all payment need to be authorised by Stripe at check out, which are governed by terms and conditions of Stripe, for more information, you should connect at Stripe.com
6.4 Prices are liable to change at any time but changes will not affect orders in respect of which payment has already been made and confirmed.
6.5 Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the price is listed on our website are correct and accurate, there may be rare occurrences where the prices listed on our website are incorrect. We will normally verify prices as part of our confirmation process and where a ticket’s correct price is less than the price stated on our website we will charge you the lower amount. If a ticket’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we may at our discretion either contact you for your instructions or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
If this contract is ended it will not affect our right to receive any money which you owe to us under this contract.
8.1 Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury), we are not responsible for:
8.1.1 losses that:
8.1.1.1 were not foreseeable to you and us when the contract was formed; or
8.1.1.2 that were not caused by any breach on our part such as losses by virtue of any acts, omissions or breach by the Event Organiser, the Venue or any other third party;
8.1.2 business losses;
8.1.3 losses to non-consumers; and
8.1.4 any indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure such as travel and accommodation costs relating to an Event.
9.1 We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.
9.2 If you are unhappy with our service to you or any other matter, please contact us in writing as soon as possible.
9.3 If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our internal complaint handling procedure, we will:
9.3.1 – let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you; and
9.3.2 – You may also use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform to resolve the dispute with us. For more details, please visit the website on the ‘Your Europe’ portal: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr
9.4 If you want to take court proceedings,the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to this contract.
9.5 Relevant United Kingdom law will apply to this contract.
10.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time for various reasons including changes in relevant laws and regulations, changes in our business, changes in payment methods and changes in technology.
10.2 Your order will be subject to our policies and terms and conditions in force at the time of your order unless such changes are required to be made by law.
